The Source was a three volume set containing the complete source code of TRSDOS 6.2 (also LS-DOS 6.2). Each volume cost $99; later prices were discounted.

Volume 1 contains core OS source; Volume 2 the library commands; Volume 3 the utilities excluding BASIC.

Some code was blanked out to protect proprietary info, but opcodes remain visible. The books were important but aimed at a niche audience.

Many found them wonderful references to understand Model 4 internals. Digital copies may be found online via resources like Tim Mann's Misosys page.
